On the external level, expect the rise of powerful women in top potions, political roles in the world. Since Pluto is connected to death and rebirth, prominent female figures can pass away, other such can come back from the ashes with a transformed image and mission. Some other women in power (Venus in Capricorn) can be reveled for who they are and show their shadow side through abuse of power, dark secrets coming out about them…
There might emerge new icons of empowerment for women, inspirational, strong and no nonsense women who expose anything unsavory or dark, bringing to attention for the masses and their followers difficult topics like death, abuse of power, forbidden knowledge, speaking out about the evil/shadow in high levels of authority.

Some possible brutal persecution and control over the freedom of expression of important women or other people of Venus nature: artists, entertainers, musicians….

Some women can make it big in business and have more power in the world.

People in Venus/ Pluto businesses can have a big boom: psychologists and counselors, astrologers, cosmetic surgeons, those who transform the appearance of others in some way, those in banking and working with others resources or others’ money…
